Information technologies were supposed to deliver us from overproduction of paper. I don't know what it looks like where you are working, but for us even with all the deployed efforts there were always bits and pieces of paper everywhere.
We all take notes on all sizes of paper. And we keep adding new ones everyday and we keep piling hem up. We know that this not only apply to us but for the majority of our clients. But there is something worst than writing a lot of notes everyday. Forgetting where we put one of those notes about one customer.
We've been thinking for a while about a solution to that problem. We had to make an application that would practically eliminate those papers, So in the future all the notes wouldn't be on paper but in our application. Easier said than done.
We had to take into consideration that there all kinds of notes. So our application would have to be flexible enough to handle all those different types of notes.
