What is an automatic loyalty?
Automatic loyalty is when points are given depending on the total of an invoice. For example an enterprise could decide to give 2 points for each dollar spent by a Customer. So if the total of an invoice is $50.00 then the Customer will receive 100 points.
What is manual loyalty?
It will be the user's task to give points to a Customer. For example perhaps the enterprise decided to give 10 points to a Customer when a Customer buys for more $100.
Why should we have a loyalty program?
Because we entrepreneurs have to find ways to get new customers and make these new customers regular customers. A loyalty program is the solution.

You will have to think long and hard about the content of your loyalty program. Here are some ideas of what it could look like.
Give points depending on the amount of a transaction.
Give 40 points when the amount of a transaction is more than $50.
Give 100 points when the amount of a transaction is more than $100.
Give Facebook points.
Give 20 points when a Customer is following you on Facebook.
Give 10 points when a Customer share your publication.
Give reconnaissance points
Give 50 points to a Customer refer a new Customer.
Give points based on the total a transaction. For example give 2 points on every dollar received.
As you can see there's no limit to what your loyalty program can look like.
Now let' say that you determined 1000 points is worth $20. You will be able to specify in your inventory that 2000 points would be needed to get for free a product valued at $40.
